Landlord Information Booklet REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE ACCOUNTING Our periodic reports to you include monthly statements and financial year statements. • Tenants may choose to make payments from weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments. • We will account to you at the end or every month. Funds will be forwarded to you by being deposited into a nominated bank account of your choice. • Monthly statements will be sent to you showing the rental period paid and copies of all paid outgoings invoices will be attached. • At the end of each financial year, we will provide a statement of income and expenditure for your property to assist in the preparation of your tax return. LANDLORD PAYMENTS AND ACCOUNTS We take care of payment of all the outgoings of the property for you. • We have the service to manage the payment of all outgoings, such as Council Rates, Water Rates, Body Corporate Levies and other maintenance costs for the property. • All the outgoing invoices to be forwarded to us and we will pay these invoices out of the rental funds and the amounts will be shown on your monthly statements. LANDLORD INSURANCE We strongly recommend that you have Landlord Protection Insurance. Landlord Insurance protects you from unique risks by owning an investment property.
