Our previous landlords or managing agents give us the best indication of rental payment history and property maintenance. • Applicants must be employed at the time of application. Employment status check and whether appropriate advice if their income would support the proposed rental. • Once the reference check procedures are completed, we confirm with you the lease period, rental amount and the commencement date for the property.
