Results Thefindingsofthisstudyareasfollows: First,theleadershipoffacilitydirectorisabovethemeanpointonthe basisofLikert5pointsscale,asfortheleadershipoffacilitydirectorand theteachingefficacyandthejobtransferintentofdaycareteacher. Second,theteachingefficacyaccordingtothecriteriaofdaycare teachersshowsasignificantdifferenceaccordingtoschooling,careerand typeofdaycarecenter.Teacherswithmorethan7yearscareershowthe highestteachingefficacyandthecollectivedifferenceintheteaching efficacyaccordingtothetypeoffacilityshowsthattheteachingefficacy ofdaycareteacherswhoworkatnationalandpublicfacilitiesisthe highestandthatofteacherswhoworkatprivatefacilitiesisthelowest.
